This is a 375 mL bottle of extra virgin olive oil meant for finishing, not frying. You drizzle it on salads, dip bread in it, or add it to hummus after cooking. Brightland positions this as the stuff you reach for when you want the oil to actually taste like something. The bottle is UV-coated glass, so it's a little more protected if you keep it on the counter. The harvest date is printed on the label — October 2024 for current stock. Brightland doesn't accept returns or exchanges, so keep that in mind if you're ordering as a gift. They do leave pricing out of the package, which helps.
