These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GiftWrap (the “Services”), operated by Ian Horner, individual (“GiftWrap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What GiftWrap is
GiftWrap is an editorial gift-discovery website that curates and recommends products. We may link to third-party retailers, including Amazon and others. We do not sell, manufacture, ship, or warranty products unless explicitly stated.
2. Affiliate links
Some links on GiftWrap are affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you click a link and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
Retailers control pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and customer service. Any purchase you make is with the retailer, not GiftWrap.
3. Informational content only
Content on GiftWrap is provided for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product information, pricing, availability, or descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.
You are responsible for verifying details with the retailer or manufacturer before purchasing or using any product.
4. Health, safety, and use at your own risk
Some products featured may involve health, wellness, or safety considerations, including items for children, outdoor gear, tools, or supplements. GiftWrap does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIFTWRAP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THIRD-PARTY LINKS.
GIFTWRAP’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GIFTWRAP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
