This is Graza's cooking oil — 100% extra virgin, single-origin Picual olives from Spain. It's milder than most finishing oils, so it won't overpower whatever you're making. Use it for roasting vegetables, searing chicken, pan frying, that kind of thing.
Comes in a 1-liter squeeze bottle. Easier to control than pouring from a glass bottle, and you'll go through it quickly if you cook most nights.
