It comes with the gas hose and regulator in the box, which is nice — one less trip to the hardware store. The stone is removable, so you can lift it out to clean or replace it.
It's made for outdoor use only. If you register it within 60 days, the warranty extends to 5 years. Otherwise it's the standard 1 year.
